One Nectar yoga studio is dedicated to offering transformative practices for our members. One such practice, the power of mantra, is so often forgotten in the world of modern postural yoga. However, it is most often the quickest path for us to experience our true essence nature. 

Each month we will bring the magic of mantra, with yoga nidra, for our members (and their families) 

Our vision is community, connection and well being for all. This monthly offering will help us shed the tensions of body/mind and the contractions that keeps us feeling limited and small, and move us into the expansion of our most divine and unlimited true Self. 

It’s also a whole lotta fun!!!
